When I first mentioned that, after just over three years’ living and working in Barcelona, Spain, I was thinking about ditching my full-time job and becoming self-employed, many people’s reaction was “¡¿Qué?!”.
Nobody could understand why, as a young person living through one of the country’s worst moments of crisis, I wanted to leave the safety and security of a permanent position to spend my days wading through Spain’s red tape.
Regardless of this, I now run my own online marketing business. This blog documents my adventures, and contains information for anyone thinking about doing the same thing.
